The Trainer Intensive is a comprehensive five-phase program designed to develop skilled artists to trainers.


  • Phase 1: Initial Assessment
This phase begins with an interview and goals assessment between the trainer and trainee. The trainee will also demonstrate their skills by performing procedures for evaluation by the trainer.

  • Phase 2: Eyedolized Brows Fundamentals Training
The trainee will enroll in a fundamentals class that includes coursework and hands-on practice. At the end of the phase, they will complete a self-assessment to reflect on their progress.

  • Phase 3: Classroom Assistance and Observation
In this phase, the trainee will assist the trainer, gaining practical teaching experience. Mentorship sessions, including two 1-hour Zoom calls per month, will provide further guidance.

  • Phase 4: Teaching Methods and Curriculum Development
The trainee will receive all Eyedolized Brows lesson plans, curriculums, class contracts, student emails, student practice materials, student kit supply list, and all training materials from class that are editable to use and customize if desired.

  • Phase 5: Co-Teaching and Independent Training
In the final phase, the trainee will teach a class with assistance from the trainer at their own location. The goal is conducting an independent class confidently.

SHADOW DAYS

During Shadow Days, the trainee will have the opportunity to observe Tali performing a range of permanent makeup and paramedical procedures. These sessions typically last 6-8 hours, providing ample time for the trainee to ask questions and deepen their understanding.
